A typical floor in Red Tower offers 615 m2 of net space, which has been designed in an open-space layout as standard. However, depending on the client's needs, it can be arranged in any way. The clarity of the spatial layout allows the floor to be divided to meet the needs of smaller tenants, and large glazing combined with shallow tracts provide optimal access of natural light to all workstations, guaranteeing a very well-lit office space even on lower floors.
 
The building is equipped with a system of 4 high-speed elevators. One of them, which also serves as a service elevator, is located outside the elevator lobby, allowing to conduct deliveries to the building without disrupting traffic in the representative entrance hall.
 
In order to provide tenants with the highest standard of safety in case of fire, the building has two escape staircases. In addition, the area of the first floor is linked directly with the entrance hall by an individual staircase.
