§1 General provisions These Regulations define the principles of operation and conditions of use of the Website. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Users and the Website Owner regarding the provision of electronic services in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
§2 Definitions Whenever the Regulations mention:
Website – this should mean the following websites: redtower-office.com User – this should be understood as a person visiting the website. Personal data – this should be understood as information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name and surname, an identification number, location data, an online identifier. Website Owner/Owner – this should be understood as Kontas Sp. z o. o. street Mogilska 43, Kraków 31-545 KRS: 0000926031 NIP: 5213941870. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) – this should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, which are sent by the Website, stored on the User’s end device (computer, laptop, smartphone) and intended for using the Website. Server Logs – this should be understood as information about certain user behaviors that are subject to logging in the server layer. GDPR – this should be understood as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( general data protection regulation).
§3 Terms of use of the Website The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with these Regulations, applicable law, good custom and the purposes of creating the Website, and in particular in a manner that does not violate the rights of third parties and the rights of the Owner. If it is found that the User, through his behavior and actions, violates the provisions of section 1, the Owner has the right to take all actions leading to the User’s cessation of these violations, including taking actions aimed at repairing the damage incurred in connection with it. The Website Owner reserves the right to: occurrence of interruptions and disruptions in the operation of the Website, in particular due to maintenance activities or related to its modification; introducing territorial, time, technical or age restrictions on access to the Website; closing the Website without prior notice to Users. The Owner is not responsible for technical problems or technical limitations occurring in the computer equipment used by the User and which prevent the use of the Website, as well as for any possible consequences of faulty operation or illegal use of telecommunications connections that are beyond the Owner’s disposal and damage caused by not triggered. The User is obliged not to take any actions that would disturb the stability of the Owner’s IT systems or deteriorate the quality of the services provided by the Owner. The Owner is not responsible for any consequences of the User’s use of the information obtained from the Website.
§4 Liability for content The Owner is only responsible for his own content posted on the Website. Links posted on the Website may lead to websites or websites operated by other entities. The Website Owner is not responsible for websites operated by other entities. The Website Owner will make every effort to ensure that the information posted on the Website is updated on an ongoing basis and prepared in a legible and careful manner, however, the Website Owner does not guarantee the completeness and constant availability of information posted on the Website. The Owner reserves the right to change the content of information posted on the Website, supplement it, shorten it or completely withdraw it. The Website may contain links to the Internet addresses of third parties, only on the basis of a separate agreement concluded with the Website Owner. The provisions of paragraphs 4 above do not apply to content posted at the request of public administration bodies and entities with which the Owner cooperated before the entry into force of these Regulations.
§5 Copyright The content of the Website is protected by Polish and international copyright law. The rights to all materials posted on the Website are reserved to the Owner or authorized companies and persons (e.g. business partners, customers). No part of the Website (including texts, documents, files, graphic layouts, graphics) may be reproduced or distributed in any form or in any way without the written consent of the Website Owner. Violation of copyright by the User results in legal liability specified in particular in the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights.
§6 Technical requirements In order to use the Website correctly and uninterrupted, the Website User should meet the following minimum requirements: have a computer, smartphone or tablet connected to the Internet, and the data upload speed should be at least 1 Mbps and the data download speed should be at least 10 Mbps; have a web browser with JavaScript enabled and supporting CSS 3.0, enabling the display of hypertext (HTML) documents linked on the Internet via a web service on the computer, tablet or smartphone screen.
§7 Services As part of the Website, the Owner provides: the ability to respond to inquiries submitted by the User via the contact form possibility of ordering a free quote – via the free quote form

§9 Final provisions The Owner will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, but cannot guarantee that the Website will operate without failures or interruptions. In the event of any reservations or comments regarding the operation of the Website, the user may report them to the Owner by sending an e-mail to the following address: tomasz.owczarek@stelio-office.pl The Owner reserves the right to change these Regulations in the event of important reasons, including changes in applicable law. Information about each change to the Regulations will be posted on the Website no later than 14 days before the change is introduced. To the extent not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. The Regulations enter into force on March 1, 2021.
