Features of the Red Tower
The most recognizable feature of the Red Tower office building is, of course, its brick color, which makes it impossible to confuse it with any other building.
This unique facade is a reference to the industrial past of the city of Łódź and its historic brick buildings.
As one of the tallest buildings in the city, Red Tower is visible from many places in Łódź and is a very characteristic element of the city's skyline. The building is also distinguished by its extremely attractive business location, associated primarily with the banks that have had their headquarters here over the years.
New tenants of Red Tower will surely appreciate not only the historical, but
also the architectural value of the office building, which has won numerous awards over the years, including the first prize in the nationwide competition "Modernization of the Year 2008", in which it was ranked among the 15 best buildings in the competition for the best architectural object of the Łódź province in 2006-2009, organized by the Łódź Regional Chamber of Architecture.
